Personal Training sessions at Carved From Stone PT can be completely customised based on your wishes.

Your first Personal Training session usually includes a full assessment, testing your mobility, strength and fitness, wherafter a plan can be drawn up to improve your weaknesses and ensure you stay healthy while working toward your goals.

In personal training sessions, Jay can harness 20+ years of experience working with athletes to help you, no matter what fitness goals you may have. After spending decades helping athletes get faster, stronger, prevent injuries, improve flexibility and efficiency; if you have a goal related to running or playing a sport that involves running, this is Jay's specialty.

If running is a challenge for you, Jay can help you to strengthen your body, while improving your fitness, posture and mobility, to make this easier. If your goal is not related to running, be it a weight loss goal, strength building, injury rehab, or whatever the case may be, Jay has the knowledge and experience to help you on that journey as well.

Personal Training sessions will include 45minutes of face to face time, and can take place at the Carved From Stone PT Studio, or, if you are after a more athletics-centric session, at the Tamworth Regional Athletics Facility.

Weekend and after school Personal Training Sessions cost $60.

Weekday Personal Training sessions during school hours are offered at a special discounted rate.
